GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE

General conditions, conclusion of the contract, applicable law

The conclusion of the contract implies the acceptance of the following general terms and conditions of online sale.
The sale is concluded with an order confirmation email sent by Illuministi by M.D. Srl Single Member Company (hereinafter "Illuministi") to the Customer and containing the Customer's details, the indication of the products purchased, the price, shipping charges and address. The Customer is obliged to make sure that the data contained in the email are correct and to promptly notify Illuministi of any changes or corrections.
These general terms and conditions govern online purchases made on the website www.illuministi.com, in accordance with the Italian law and pursuant to articles 50 and subsequent ones of the Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, Consumer Code.

Shipping and Delivery

Illuministi undertakes to ship the ordered products within 20 days of the day following the order confirmation date, that term being understood as indicative and not of the essence.

Shipping in Italy

Deliveries in Italy are made by express courier and shipping rates are calculated on the basis of the weight of the package.

Shipping abroad

Deliveries abroad are made by express courier and rates are calculated on the basis of the weight of the package and the destination.

Privacy and Security
Protection of privacy and personal data


Illuministi guarantees compliance with the regulations applying to data processing, governed by the privacy code as set forth in the Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03 and subsequent amendments and additions. The data controller is Illuministi by M.D. Srl Single Member Company, via Brecce, 78 - Villa Musone 60025 Loreto (AN) - Italy. The data supervisor is Diego Pietrella. The data provided for the delivery of the order are retained in full observance of privacy. The information provided will only be used by Illuministi for purposes of delivery, invoicing and transport. Illuministi further ensures that the data provided by the customer will not be disclosed to any third parties.
Personal data protection
All confidential information and all transactions are encrypted through an SSL system so that no third party can access them.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the current provisions of law, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and any obligation to specify the reason therefor, within 10 (ten) days of the product delivery date.
Products must be returned in good condition.

The Customer loses the right of withdrawal in case Illuministi finds the following conditions of damage in the product (packaging and/or contents):
Use of any part of the product and consumables;
Absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
Damage to the product not due to transport;
Absence of integral parts of the product (manuals, accessories, components, etc.).

Warranty


Illuministi guarantees the compliance of the products with the order and the absence of faults thereon resulting from processing and materials used for their manufacture, for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months of the date of delivery, with the exception of any faults resulting from improper maintenance, damage from third parties after delivery or defective assembly. The Customer should report any defects to Illuministi within 2 months of the discovery of the fault or non-compliance.
When notifying a fault or non-compliance, the Customer shall state whether he/she wants the product to be replaced or the price to be refunded. Illuministi reserves the right to verify the contested non-compliance of the products returned and if the non-compliance is confirmed it will ship the replacement goods or refund the price by charging the amount to the card used by the Customer for the purchase.
Products will not be replaced or refunded in case Illuministi finds the following:
Improper use of or tampering with the products;
Absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
Damage to the product not due to transport;
Absence of integral parts of the product (accessories, components, etc.)

Liability, availability of products

Illuministi refuses all responsibility for shipping delays in case they are due to force majeure or fortuitous events, although dependent on malfunctions and failures of the Internet.

The amount of products available specified on the website www.illuministi.com should be considered as a mere indication, given the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the website and their possible purchase before the Customer's order is confirmed.
Should the ordered products be partially or totally unavailable after the order confirmation email is sent by Illuministi, Illuministi will promptly email a notification to the Customer, who will decide whether to accept the delivery of the products available or request the cancellation of the order.

Payment, Prices
Payment

The method of payment accepted on Illuministi website is credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
The amount will be charged to your credit card only when the order is ready for shipment.

PayPal

Upon confirmation of the order the Customer will be directed to the PayPal website to close the payment procedure by entering email address and PayPal password.
The Customer's financial data will not be shared with Illuministi but they will be managed directly by PayPal.
The amount will be charged to the PayPal account only when the order is ready for shipment.

Prices

The prices quoted in the website www.illuministi.com are inclusive of VAT as required by law. Shipping charges and any taxes applied in the destination country will then be added to the prices.

State of Shipments

It is possible to check the state of the order from the day after shipment. The Customer will receive a notification of shipment in an email containing a link that allows displaying the state of the shipment on the website of the courier.
